In the next installment of her Blood and Bone Legacy series, Cross the Line, Paula Dombrowiak tackles a childhood crush that explodes into business rivalry and untamed attraction for a memorable and heated read!

Dylan Kernish-Grant was the boy wonder of the music industry, taking names and producing numbers in his successful business! His competitive nature and drive to win only held him back when losing the woman he had dreamed of for years was at stake. Dylan was a character who teetered on maturity. His notable accomplishments were often a direct contrast to his behavior and showed how much he still needed to grasp on his emotional learning curve.

Morgan Clemson not only was taking on the new role of single mother but running the business she was unexpectedly in charge of after the sudden death of her father. Morgan wore many hats, often ones she really did not want, but she refused to be defeated or let the ones she loved down. Practical and savvy Morgan was the wildcard in the role she had just been cast in.

Dylan and Morgan were fiercely hot and cold but never indifferent to each other. Their attraction drove them to extremes but also allowed them to pull back in the heat of the moment and reassess things preventing irreparable damage. Theirs was a relationship with strong history and exposed both the best and worst in them. In the end Dylan and Morgan's love for each other took precedence over their business rivalry allowing them to compromise and ultimately come out the winners in their situation.

The abundance of wonderful and intriguing secondary characters in this work made this story fun for longtime and new readers alike. From Morgan's adorable daughter Hazel to the other children of the Blood and Bones legacy characters this work was brimming with old and new stories wanting to be heard.

Paul Dombrowiak is building quite the legacy with quality writing and memorable portrayals. Angst is her signature trait but this writer is no stranger to lighter moments and her wit makes it mark as well in her works. Paula Dombrowiak's Cross the Line shows the talent did not fall far from the tree in her second book in the Blood and Bone Legacy series for a great read!
